Cockburn Collective is a fantastic new creative environment for artists and makers in Edinburgh. Right in the heart of Leith, at the Foot of the Walk, this wonderfully restored merchants’ house, rich in history is now an offering creatives an exciting, collaborative environment to work in.

As well as a large number of artists studios, all of which have an abundance of natural light and original architectural features. The building boasts an impressive ground floor exhibition space, which is used by the artists for private views and exhibitions but can also be hired by the day for photoshoots, pop-ups, workshops and product launches. The exhibition space has been painted white, making it the perfect, versatile blank canvas for events. There is also a beautiful, private cobbled courtyard which can also be hired for intimate outdoor events.

161 Constitution Street is a listed building, it was the historic headquarters of Cockburn's of Leith, a prominent port and wine merchant, from the 1840s until the mid-20th century. It was built in the 1800s, making it one of the oldest buildings on Constitution Street, it retains much of its late 18th to early 19th-century industrial and commercial character.
